Now a veteran of six UC Brumbies campaigns, Ben Alexander will edge further towards 100 Super Rugby caps in 2014 making him one of Australia’s and the ACT’s most dependable props.
With more than 60 Test appearances against his name and one of only four props to have earned 50-or-more caps for the Wallabies, Alexander has emerged as one of Australia’s most experienced players.
Having started his career at loose-head, Alexander’s knack for finding the try-line was highlighted by him taking the top try-scorer gong for the UC Brumbies in 2010. Since then he has migrated to the other side of the scrum and is now Australia’s premier tighthead prop.
A big-game player who has featured in a Tri-Nations decider, World Cup Semi-Final and Super Rugby Final, Alexander will be working towards more silverware in 2014 for the UC Brumbies.
